Hello there. My name is Bill and I'm a 39-year-old American living in Poland. I've been teaching English as a second language for nearly 7 years. And for me the most difficult part of learning a language is practicing what I've learnt. And as far as food goes, I would say that my favourite dish is probably Shepherd's pie.
