'Zapper' is an informal word for a remote control. So if you want to change a TV channel, you need a zapper. The second word, which is actually a phrasal verb, is 'to zonk out'. If you zonk out, you need a break, you need to go to sleep because you are very, very tired. You can zonk out in front of a TV.
