Do you know when and how we use "will"? Watch a short explanation and repeat the example sentences after me.

When we order food in a restaurant or make spontaneous decisions, we use "will". For example, you look at the menu and decide right now: "I will have the grilled salmon." "Will" is a modal verb. This means that it is the same for all persons. For example: "I will have, you will have, he will have, she will have", and so on. In spoken English, we usually use the short form "'ll", for example "I'll", "you'll", "he'll", etcetera. After "will", we use the verb without "to", for example: "will pay". In negative sentences, we put "not" after "will". The short form of "will not" is "won't". For example: "I won't have a starter, thank you." In questions, we start with "will". For example: "Will you pay by card?" or "Will you have a starter?"
