Do you know when we use “How many” and “How much” to ask about quantity? Watch a short explanation and repeat the example sentences after me.

When we want to ask about quantity, we use “How many” or “How much”. We use “How many” for things we can count. For example, we can count apples, so we ask “How many apples would you like?” We use “How much” for things we cannot count, like milk or butter. In this sitation, we ask: “How much milk would you like?” For prices and money, we always use “How much”, so we always ask: “How much is it?”
