Intro
We use the Present Perfect Continuous to talk about actions that started in the past and are still happening now or have just stopped but have a visible result. We form it with: have/has + been + verb-ing. For example: "I've been waiting all day for this news." "We've been planning this celebration for weeks." "She's been working hard for this." We use it to show duration and effort - often with for, since, all day, or all year.
