Do you know when to use the Present Perfect Continuous? Watch a short explanation and repeat the example sentences after me.

We use the Present Perfect Continuous to talk about actions that started in the past and are still happening now or have just stopped but have a visible result. We form it with: have/has + been + verb-ing. For example: "I've been waiting all day for this news." "We've been planning this celebration for weeks." "She's been working hard for this." We use it to show duration and effort - often with for, since, all day, or all year.

I've been waiting all day

She's been working hard for this

We've been planning this for weeks

They've been celebrating since morning
