"Would like” is a polite way to say that we want something. “Would like” is the same for all persons. In positive sentences, we say: I would like, you would like, he would like, she would like, it would like, we would like, you would like, they would like. For example: "I would like to check in." or "She would like to check in."

In negative sentences, we add "not" to "would", so we say "would not". This is the same for all persons. For example: "I would not like to stay in a double room.", "She would not like to stay in a double room."
