簡介
When we give instructions or make requests in English, we use the imperative. For example: "Press this button." We often add the word "please" to be polite. We can put "please" at the start. For example: "Please press this button." or at the end, for example: "Press this button, please." When we add "please" at the end, we add a comma before it. To say "no", we add the word "Don’t" before the verb. For example: "Don't move." We often put an exclamation mark at the end of the sentence.
